This is the Waxing Gibbous Moon of April 1st 2023, captured at 11:00 pm. Waxing means that the Moon gets bigger until the full Moon. It cleared out after a lot of rain and thunder. It was very windy during this capture, and because of the stormy weather today, the seeing wasn’t that great, yet I still managed to get some details and composite the Moon disc on a second exposure that has the clouds in them.
