I captured this image on a cold night in December.
Why cold Moon? Obviously, the naming conveys the chilly conditions of this time of year in North America. Other names can be the Snow Moon, the Winter Maker Moon, and the Frosty Moon. During this time of the year, traveling jets make nice smoke trails that could be clearly seen in the sky, that’s what inspired me to make the addition of the airplane and the trail here in this image.
